What we do

AlarmReady QLD is a free referral service for homeowners. We don't inspect homes, sell alarms or carry out electrical work. Electricians you're referred to are independent businesses. They quote, contract and invoice you directly, and they are responsible for their work.

Our information

Our check and guides are general information based on Queensland Government sources, not legal advice or an inspection. Your electrician will confirm what your home needs.

Some pages may include links to shops. If you buy through them we may earn a small commission, at no extra cost to you.

Our liability

We take care to work only with electricians who tell us they're licensed, but you should check your electrician's licence and insurance before work starts. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
